Saying Goodbye

Last Monday was my first day of my new job in Charlotte. YEA!!!!!!
This is my 4th job (as a nurse) in 8 1/2 years, mainly because I have moved 4 times during that time. For the past 6 months, I have been commuting to Greensboro at least 3 nights a week. This wasn’t so bad when my sister lived there, because I got to see her & I had a place to stay. Feb 5th is my last day in Greensboro. I’m excited about the change (from a cardiology to a respiratory unit) & leaving my comfort zone. However, I will miss a few friends I’ve had the pleasure to work with for the past year & a half.
I don’t believe in saying goodbye so until we meet again…………

Congratulations on your new job!!! Devin landed a job today. It was so weird but I went on the interview with her. I will have to tell you about it. There is a parade passing in front of our apartment right now. “Throw me something good, Mista” Devin is making a sign that reads “It’s my first time; give me some “booty” to show the Krewes. We miss you and wish you were here. We went to Cafe Du Monde to celebrate her new job. We are going to the Hornets game tonight. Mark is coming this weekend. You should be here. You know what i mean jelly bean.
