Never underestimate spending a weekend with family or an old friend. They are there to ground you & to let you know all the great things about you that you had forgotten, or that someone tried to make you forget.
They know your hopes, desires, & fears, seen you at your best (and worst) and love you anyway– FOR YOU.
My sister has always been there to catch me when I fall, and most recently been there when I needed her the most. Spent Saturday shopping, dining and ended up on the couch eating white cheddar popcorn (Lance of course) and talking.

To this day, not one “I told you so”

Did I mention I have the BEST sister ever!!!
